Returns Policy

1. Our approach to returns

At Stellar Baby, we aim to make returns and issues as simple and stress-free as possible, especially for families.

This Returns Policy explains how returns are handled for products purchased through our website or authorised retailers.

2. Faulty or defective products

If your product is faulty, defective, or not working as intended, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

In most cases, where a fault is clearly covered under warranty, we will prioritise sending a replacement product as quickly as possible, without requiring you to wait for inspection or repair.

3. Warranty-related returns and shipping

For products that are faulty and covered under warranty:

  • Stellar Baby will cover reasonable return shipping costs
  • We may provide a prepaid return label or other instructions where a return is required
  • In some cases, we may send a replacement before receiving the original product

Our goal is to minimise disruption and resolve issues quickly for families.

4. Our 60-Day Returns Promise

We want you to feel completely confident bringing Orbie into your family. If within 60 days of receiving your order you decide Orbie isn't right for you, you can return it for a full refund, even if you've used it. We'll cover the return shipping.

To request a return:

  • Contact us via the Support page within 60 days of delivery and select 'Return request'
  • Have your order number or proof of purchase ready
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label or instructions

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. This is in addition to your 12-month warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. How to request a return

To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please use the contact form on our Support page and select 'Return request' from the Request type.

This ensures we have everything we need from the start, so we can get your issue sorted without unnecessary back and forth.

When submitting your return, please have the following ready:

  • your order number or proof of purchase
  • a brief description of the issue
  • photos or videos where relevant

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • we aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please use the contact form on our Support page (selecting 'Return request') and indicate your exchange preference in your message. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to this policy
