Warranty Policy
1. Our warranty promise
Stellar Baby Co Pty Ltd (ABN 31 684 253 987) (“Stellar Baby”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing high-quality products.
This Warranty Policy explains the manufacturer’s warranty that applies to Stellar Baby products purchased through our website or authorised retailers.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This Warranty Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Manufacturer’s warranty
In addition to your ACL rights, Stellar Baby provides a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
4. What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage
- misuse, abuse, or neglect
- unauthorised modifications or repairs
- damage caused by improper charging, power supply issues, or use contrary to provided instructions
- cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
5. How to make a warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, please use the contact form on our Support page and select 'Warranty claim' from the Request type.
This ensures we have all the information we need upfront so we can assess and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
When submitting your claim, please have the following ready:
- proof of purchase
- a description of the issue
- photos or videos where relevant
We may require the product to be returned for assessment. We aim to respond to all warranty claims within 3 business days.
6. Assessment and remedies
If a fault is confirmed and is covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion:
- repair the product
- replace the product, or
- provide a refund, where required under Australian Consumer Law
Remedies may vary depending on whether the issue constitutes a major failure under the ACL.
7. Complaints and escalation
If you are unsatisfied with how your warranty claim has been handled, please escalate to us at care@stellarbaby.com.au. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at www.accc.gov.au or your relevant state consumer protection authority.
8. Exclusions and limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.
